Besides that, it wont sell, a dozen people will write in telling him what they will pay him for it, and then it will be re-listed in the future with a reserve price he determined from all the offers.

The naked lady scales you see from time to time -- those I can understand. I don't think my wife would be so understanding, but I can understand the general appeal.
On the other hand, what is the possible attraction of shaving with a razor with an evil, grinning serpent on the scales?! I mean, it's definitely bad-a**, but would you even want to pick up something like that in the morning? Gives me the creeps, actually.
