Japanese Natural stone and razor collection

I was checking out the bay and sort by highest price. I guess I have never been in the loop for natural Japanese whet stones but $20,000 then $17,000 a whole bunch above $10K. Also a razor collection of 38 for only $17,500 or $460 a piece. Nice razors but What!! Anyway, about the stones. Do they really go for that much?
