Hey Guys,
Not sure if anyone has seen this one, but its a gold letter kamisori made by henkotsu. Auction ends in a few hours and its currently a 0-bidder at $190 starting price. I think its a pretty good deal but I've got my heart set on a different one.
Maybe soneone here is interested:

Maybe it's the photo but something doesn't look right with that razor. The profile on the unstamped side doesn't look right to me.
Buy it now is rather low for a NOS Henkotsu with gold lettering. I thought I remember reading somewhere the ones with gold lettering were made for friends and family. If that's the case I'm suspicious of the low buy it now.
Might be a great shaver though, the gambles of the bay :)

What is the significance of gold lettering?
On Ebay about 50 bux:) is so easy to do,take a brass wire brush and work it over the stampings,the brass actually somehow deposits and stays in the stampings.Quote:

In the photo the unstamped side looks like a total wedge. It should flare kind of straight out at first and then drop to a sloping wedge. Maybe the photo I can't tell for sure.Quote:
