As some of you might know... there is a Dutch ebay, but in contradiction to other countries the Dutch ebay could not win the match against the local: www.marktplaats.nl (which means translated: marketplace.nl). So when they could not beat marktplaats, they decided to buy marktplaats for a lot of millions... (the dutch owners were verry happy ).
So if you are living across the ocean, and surf the french ebay and german ebay once in a while... just skip the dutch one... They sell nothing! Go to Marktplaats.nl (not much razors - called in dutch: 'scheermes' - only 50 at the moment), but still some strange prices and bargains perhaps ).
Althought marktplaats.nl doesn't go by offer just as on ebay... you can enter your offer and wait until the seller thinks its enough (a bit like the way some of the members on SRP tried to sell their stuff... and where some members apposed to ).
Anyway, if you see a razor (scheermes) that you like and you want to ask the seller a question you can do that in english... or you can ask one of the Dutch members of SRP ask to ask it for you in dutch...

So try it once (like the french or german site) and search for:
"scheermes" ....... or go straight to the auctions I'm watching (and can't decide if it's worth the money) with searching: "geperst hoornen" (pressed horn handle) or the Veni Vidi Vici one from Italy: "Italiaans scheermes"

Sorry if I sounded docile but I just would like to see the dutch "ebay" in the same spot of interest as the other countries of europe... (although we'll always be a little country of salesmen...)
