Do people get their thrills out of doing stuff like this
I listed a few of my old DE razors for sale on ebay in the last few weeks. I had a bloke buy a couple and then asked me to hold them as he wanted to bid on some more that I had just listed. Sounded reasonable to me. In the end the buyer won 5 of my auctions. He's now MIA. I've sent him a few invoices and notes but he hasn't responded. It's now been a week since the last auction finished and I've heard nothing.
Why do people do crap like this? Do they get a thrill out of ruining someones ebay sales. It just makes no sense to me. I just hope that ebay lists him with 5 lots of negative feedback.

That sucks - sorry to hear that.
I'm sure the same dude sniped me on the last 17 auctions I've bid on.

Wow, hope he is just a deadbeat and not just... dead. Though not paying up, might make you want to kill him lol

That does suck so much.
cause listing alot of the same items the same week brings in more bidders.

Re: Do people get their thrills out of doing stuff like this
I had this happen to me this summer with an item I was selling.
I made it clear that payment was due within 48 hours. Fellow didn't pay up so I sent several messages giving him an additional 96 hours to contact me with a date I could expect payment and if not I would sell the item to someone else and open an unpaid item claim against him and any funds sent would be immediately refunded.
Never heard back so I did a second chance offer to the next highest bidder and opened my claim.
Two weeks later he emailed back asking me not to sell it to someone else. I told him it was too late and didn't hear back from him.
