    Default Ebay hassle

Some have you may have read my post concerning a big problem with one of the sellers on Ebay. His name is dto711. A lot of the problem was my own fault because I failed to recognize the type of character he is . Finally received my razor yesterday and the bid closed on the 16th of December. The scales were broke and he totally misrepresented his product. Yesterday when I received the razor I went in and gave him a negative review.
He acted as though he didn't understand the review because I bought a $45.00 razor for four dollars and he even gave me a free box. I threw the box in the trash, it was useless. My advice would be to stay away from this person of questionable morals.
I'll try to buy some cheap scales from ebay and restore the razor. The blade looks to be very useful. For those of You interested, you can see what I wrote. My user name of Ebay is alco2719.

I believe there is a way to post a reply to his neg. "Busted scales, took 3wks to arrive" Or you may just wish to leave it with no comment. His eloquence speaks for itself

Just out of curiousity did you try for a return or a price adjustment since it wasn't represented accurately? I've negotiated partial refunds on a couple that weren't as advertised, returned another for a refund.

I bought a razor on Ebay a couple of months ago which was suppose to have no chips or cracks in the blade or scales. When I went to clean it I noticed that one scale was broken but the blade was in very nice condition. I emailed the seller and told him and said it was no big deal and I didn't want anything from him except for him to look closer at razors before saying they have no cracks or chips. Anyway later that same night he refunded my money. Needless to say I gave him a positive feedback.

Sorry to hear of your trouble with that seller, and thanks for the heads up. I will never buy anything from him, the way they conduct their auctions is crazy... I have never seen any auctions carried out that way.

    Certainly is not good business..

No I did not try to negotiate anything with this guy. He is unreasonable and hard to work with. I don't think he understands english.

your very correct Willist. All of the other sellers have been great to work with. This is the only seller I've had big problems with. This guy requires TMI but I should have read his demands first before bidding.

Whenever I see such a "creative" way of presenting terms I immediately become suspicious of the seller. Ah well, lesson learned and the way he left that negative speaks volumes of him.
