A near mint Helje MK33 for 150 USD shipped wasn't bad for me...
This is the straight I've been learning with. I paid $20 for it on eBay and spent another $20 for gssixgun to hone it up for me. I'm pretty happy with it. It's a Geneva Cutlery Henry's X & measures 11/16.

man I am going to post pics of my ebay score later.
It's a German type stone with a tiny piece of the label left.
that's 7by2by1
I never made it deed flat yet I just love showing it to friends who enjoy sharpening stuff.
I spotted this and just had to have it. My surname is Emerson so growing up and most of my life, my nickname has been Emo.
Well now Emo can shave with Emos razor.

Sorry though i dug up the one on the left.
So i only paid 8 bucks for these two rocks.
but it's crazy they both have the same weights.
one of left so small one on right i think is a german stone
has a nice little peice of red label left.
it's quite fine of a grit.
Should i not use similar rocks to the one of the left as rubbing stones.
I have use tiny peices of the stuff other times i found as a stone to cut rub off tools and
and yet leave it so polished.
Added pics of rocks i ben using to take rust of the sides of axes and yet the steel is so polished and shiny.
