Default What was your ebay score?

We love to hate ebay, but mixed in among the junk and overpriced razors, there are deals, bad photo gems and some very rare stuff. I wanted a Dovo Master's, but they were out of stock everywhere and a bit expensive. I picked a NIB one up on ebay for about 40% off retail. What did you get?

I get this 7/8 W&B for a small 185$ and when I saw the prices of W&B at the moment, I'm pretty happy ! (Thanks Max for helping me buy this)

I've scored a number of deals on the bay, but this Frederick Reynolds I got for about $50 was probably the best; you have to get the ones that close when no one else is paying attention IME

The one that comes to mind first is my C.V. Heljestrand MK 33 in ivory scales.
NOS at the whopping price of about 22 bucks!
That was a really good day

I've bragged about these two buys before but ......

First is a Joseph Rodgers & Sons 10/8 @ $50.00 and second a 9/8 W&B Celebrated FBU with horn scales for $!5.00 ! Both of these were buy it now, where I happened to be at the right place at the right time. The W&B FBU at the bottom is an 8/8 that went for $80.00 IIRC in regular bidding. Nice shavers all.

    Wow, sick, Jimmy.

I paid $50 each for these. Both looked like they had been honed once. I shave with the Dovo 90% of the time these days. The Imp is too pretty for porn, it just sits in my razor box looking gorgeous.

    I'll play!!

Mine is a 15/16 George Wostenholm IXL, made expressly for America, that was listed as "An IXL razor." I believe it slide by un-noticed due to the listing. It has some beautiful etching on the blade and still in the original scales, Pins I re-did. I got it for $84.

This sucker shaves beautifully off my 12k Nani!!!
