Default Cremo Shave Cream and products (100 percent mail-in rebate)

    Hey all,

I was hoping more people would get to see this and take advantage of the opportunity to get in on this like I did.

I found it here in this SRP thread: http://straightrazorpalace.com/soaps...ighlight=cremo

I got the shave cream(which is purported to be really slick stuff) and the pre-shave face wash.

See here for more info and get yours from your local store:

    Cremo Cream

I am in NO WAY AFFILIATED with this product or company, just wanting to pass on a deal.

    Getchu some!

    Absolutely not, sir!

I just thought free shave cream product wasn't a bad deal, particularly, for the budget conscious or the new guy(like me) wanting to give a new cream a try

    Kind Regards,
    Siguy

ps-I tried to change the title after I'd posted. Not able to, that I can tell.

I haven't yet. I just picked it up today. I found out about it on this SRP thread: http://straightrazorpalace.com/soaps...ighlight=cremo

Sounds like its worth a shot and for free? I'll try it.

I started the other thread. More discussion there. I've used it plain, and under Palmolive and C.O. Bigelow (at different times).

I just picked this up this past Saturday...I used it Sunday with a DE razor with good results. This stuff likes water. I wet my face then applied the Cremo. It covers like a lotion and not a cream. It does not lather. I shaved and kept reapplying water to keep is slick. It worked well for my light growth that day along with my Gillette Flare tip DE.

BUT I tried it today with my straight razor and all i can say is YUCK! Since you have to keep adding water to it your free hand is always wet and slippery so I can never get a good pull to tighten my skin for the straight razor strokes. And since I am slower with the straight razor, it actually got dry.

I do like if for the DE razor though. Just not the straight.

Yeah, Matt. I saw that. That's what prompted me to repost it under the Beginners sub forum.

I think it might be helpful to those either wanting to try different stuff or for those who are having a problem making a decent lather. As already stated, on this thread, its "slick" factor lends itself quite nicely to the making of the all coveted Uberlather.

I was planning on using at some point myself today, but the "Out for Delivery" includes an sandlewood soap sample, so I'm a little divided as to which for today.
