Thread: How to re-apply CrOx

Hey, 17 yr old newbie here. I've been lurking for a few months now and I thought i'd come out of hiding.

I was wondering how you apply a new coat of CrOx to a strop when your old coat stops sharpening. Do you just slather it right over the worn out paste? Do you have to get a new surface?
