Thread: My shaving success thus far!

hey guys, i figured it was time to fill you in on how my shaving experience has come about. first and foremost thanks to those that helped me to get up and running!

i've been straight razor shaving for about 1.5 months now which would equate to about 6-8 shaves roughly possibly more, the first 2 times weren't great and i got 2 small scars but ever since then it's been good.

all i use to shave is shave secret oils, so i'm not using any lather, still experiencing with it though. and i've managed to cut out a goatee and clean the area quite confidently but of course taking my time. stropping is a more of a breeze and caring for my equipment has been a steady and rather well practice.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Sounds like you are doing well. Once you get that first BBS shave with a straight you will never want to go back to anything else..
