Anybody in the UK able to lend me a shave ready straight?

I'm a perfectly trustworthy guy and would like to try a shave ready straight to see if they really are for me. I have a tough beard and would like to see if I can get a decent old school shave before the inevitable acquisition disorders kick in. I'm an experienced DE shaver so I already have a mountain of shaving gear, just missing a straight to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure someone from the UK will pitch in. If not. Let me know and I'll send you one. I don't have a strop to spare however. Keep in mind that you'll need one of those for sure as well. You might want to contact RJ Outram (Bobbo on the forum) coz he makes quality strops for a nice price and he's in the UK.

I only have the two straights at the moment, but if you can wait a few weeks I'm expecting to add a third and will be in a position to lend you my Lynn-honed Thiers Issard 4/8 (currently my best shaver!).

I'll PM you when I've got my next straight to see if you're still in need of one.

I'm awaiting delivery of 4x Wapienica (Polish) razors from Ebay at the moment, when they arrive I'll have 2 spare so I might be able to work something out when I've honed them up ready for use.

Possibly some kind of sale for around £10 with a guarantee to refund on return if you're not completely satisfied. How would that be?

You'd need a strop too though, I don't have any spare I'm afraid.

If you can PM me your address I'll get it in the mail to you. If you decide to keep it the cost is £10 which we can sort out later (Paypal etc.), if you decide it's not for you then just send it back to me within a couple of weeks. It's ready to shave but obviously you'll need to source a strop if you plan to use it more than once.
