Second, my grandparents gave me a couple of straight razors, unfortunately the scales are broken beyond repair and have been put aside.
So I decided I'm sending my blades in the mail to get scaled.
Now I was wondering, does anyone have any good ideas for shipping blades-only so they can't get damaged during the shipment, these razors are an inheritance to me and I would not want anything to happen to them, ie chips in the edge etc. yikes.
I'm just thinking about wrapping them real well in tissue paper and wrap that with these plastic sheets with air-bubbles in them, if you know what I mean.
Anyone that got ideas or experience shipping just blades? Input would be very appreciated!
Kindest regards
Tristan
