    Default Thanks to a Mentor.

Hi all. A few of you know me now from my posts but i just feel it is nessesary to let everyone know that one of the Mentors here has been very helpful to me and i just want all to know it.

    "Cudarunner"

He ansered one of my threads to start with then wanted to talk a little more so i gave him my email. Next thing i know hes telling about lots of stuff. Ive asked many questions and he has no problem giving me the real scoop. Even when he thinks im getting in over my head, he tells me. Pulls no punches, and i admire someone that is like this. I want the real deal and not things sugar coated because im new.

I just wanted to thank him in public for all to hear. Hes a good guy and im prabably going to ruin his reputation but that just what happens Roy!

BTW, it makes me feel very welcome on this forum knowing that after being a member for one week i got someone to personnaly take the time and help me. Not that i need much help. Ok, maybe a little.

Thanks again Roy. I owe you a beer or three!

Oh, and i want to thank @prodigy for giving me some blanks for scales when i was asking where to buy some. He just offered to send me some. Roy also sent me some blanks and washers and such. What a grand group of people we have here! I just hope to be able to help others as well some day.

    Gasman,
Roy, is top notch around here. He was passing through Prescott, Az (my home) and spent three days here showing me the ropes.
He drank all my beer but it was small price to pay for some priceless knowledge. He's a great guy to know and he's a good example of what this
Forum is about. I glad you two connected, you're in good hands.

NOW WAIT JUST A MINUTE MY FRIEND!!!!

While it's true that I drank those Coors Banquets that were in your fridge I did re-stock your frig with an 18 pack of them before I rode out!

Freddie I must tell you and all that will read and listen that the time spent with you and that beautiful bride of yours is one of the most memorable times that I've known for many a year!

I really can't thank you two enough for all the hospitality and courtesy that you gave me while I was at your lovely home.
