Yea under that jawline is most folks Waterloo in straight and DE shaving.
Skin stretching is a must here and making sure you map out this area so you know which way the grain goes.
After that you need to experiment with novel strokes.
I pivot the razor from its base in a semi circular motion from the back of the neck to the chin. Works for me anyway
I don't seem to have a problem right under the jawline. I simply continue the stroke coming down from the cheek N-S, and then do the neck S-N. Maybe I got lucky with the way my whiskers lay.
