Went over some suggestions and I already have soap and a brush (when I shaved I do safety razor I believe its called). Now I'm ready to do sr, finally have the courage to go for it lol. So I just need a strope and starter sr. So open to suggestions and I guess keeping it between 40-80 for my first.

Framebacks are easy to maintain/hone, it not too big/small, won't break the bank and is shave ready. Whats not to like?

Its not the way I would go about buying a razor. What you get might be fine. But who knows what you'll get. At sixty dollars, I would hold out for something else. And if you're like everyone else that passes through here, you'll look back on it and say that you should have done something else. GSSIX posted a good looking razor on FB yesterday. I have purchased straight razors and hones from Matt at Griffith Shaving. Matt offers both vintage razors that he has restored as well as new razors.
His customer service is outstanding.
Brad at Maggard Razors also sells new razors, restores old razors, and hones razors. I met him personally at the Maggard meet-up earlier this month. Brad and Cassie and all the Maggard staff are wonderful folks.
Jarod at The Superior Shave sells and hones razors. He stocks a full line on Dovo razors as well as a few other brands. He is the only Dovo authorized honing service in the USA. He went to Solingen Germany to train at the Dovo factory. Dovo uses Coticules, so that is Jarod's primary honing method; but he may also offer alternatives for those who do not care for Coticule edges. I do not find them to be sharp enough for my tough beard, but they are very smooth.
Brad (maggard ) is also a member here, but once he opened his brick and mortor store, he became a bit too busy to stop by all the time. But I have seen some of his restoration work, and its top notch, and I have no doubt he is selling good quality razors.
As numerous others have pointed out, there is a never ending supply of razors also available right here in the classifieds, and from members like Gssixgun who are top notch restoration and hone-ers.
You can also post in the WTB (want to buy) if you are looking for a particular razor.

Oh, and lets not forget "Whipped Dog" razors. I dont know if they still do the "sight unseen" sales, but they supplied an awful lot of new shavers with their first taste of straight shaving!

Thanks for all the help guys. Big thanks to Glen, he helped me pick one. Got a hell of a deal on a dovo on Ebay. Worst case it may need to be honed. Any suggestions on how to clean and disinfect?
