On Ebay it wouldn't be uncommon to see a razor like that go for around $100 and in a bidding war, higher than that. Is that what it's worth? On Ebay it's worth what the highest bidder is willing to pay for it. I view Ebay prices with a grain of salt and do NOT consider Ebay to be the end all be all in "market value" since you have to account for that wonderful or maddening (point of view depends on being the seller or the buyer respectively) phenomena known as "auction fever".
If I saw that razor at an antique store or show and was looking to buy such a razor I personally would start low and offer $50 which I still think would be a fair price; maybe a better deal for me than the seller. $75 I would regard as fair for both parties. Personally I would hesitate to pay $100, but then I'm satisfied with the number of razors I have.
I don't know if that helps you. Good luck.
