eBay treasures or trash?

Hi,
I saw these on eBay, and being my first vintage and first eBay razor purchase, thought i'd check that these are indeed a good deal.

The first is a Joseph Rodgers, (the point is fine, just not in the picture)



And the second is a Crown & Sword

I can see the Crown & Sword blade has a small chip, but never having done any resto. work does this look significant?

Anyway, together (inc. postage) i'm expecting to pay about 60AUD which is about 40USD.

I am most interested in the first razor which i could get for about 40AUD = 25ish USD

Does this sound like a good deal? Should i live large and buy both razors, just the one, or none at all?

Any advise, suggestions or warnings will be greatly appreciated as my previous razor experience has been 2 Double Arrows i bought new.
