Thanked: 127I happen to be looking around in the health food store one day and came across a product called "MOBU Herbals X-Tracting Balm". It said it would remove tags. Since I had a few the dermatolgist wouldn't remove while he was already removing a few moles and didn't think insurance would pay, I figured what the heck and got a tin. I put some of the balm on a few tags that evening and the next two. On the 4th day the tags were gone! My wife tried this stuff and it worked for her also. Might give it a try and see if it works for you.
Regards,

I saw this thread earlier, and couldn't post. I had many skin tags on my neck. I finally went to a Dermatologist. He was going to let his nurse take them off. She had an injection of lidocaine and a pair of nippers. She said, "Do you want to try one without the shot, I think the shot will hurt more than the cutting". I would have needed a shot near every one, and I had a bunch. Well, it didn't hurt that bad at all, and I had them removed. Fortunately, My insurance paid for it. What you can do, is use a pair of nail clippers, or toe nail clippers. As long as your sure they're skin tags...go for it...

Ok well after a few shaves under my belt I decided tonight that off it would come.
So during my shave I lathered up real good and shaved over the skin tag...only a partial seperation and she bled pritty good. I then took one sheet of toilet tissue and gave a little pluck. Off she went and I am now happy to be rid of that ugly growth.
LOL it was SO easy!

Thanked: 190Skin Tag
I had my Dermatologist do it during a visit to clean up some minor cosmetic stuff. He said they can turn into bleeders and used "septic?" to stop the bleeding. He also pulled it out a bit and cut it so it would be level with the skin.

Thanks for all the great advice,
I had my first shave with a straight today and I think I will have to wait a while until I am more efficient with the straight before I start LOPING anything OFF!
