¡Hola a todos los españoles del foro! I live in León, really close to Asturias :) If you want to make a Spaniards group you can count me in.
About the soap/brush, I was already using them with the Shavette, so I hope this will not be a problem. A decent shaving soap is easy to find in almost every supermarket in my town at a reasonable price. There are a few spanish brands like La Toja that make good soaps to use with brush and they are not too expensive. I even have my styptic pencil ready!
You've made a good purchase. Dovo makes an excellent razor. Coming from SRD you'll be relieved that it's really shave ready. Dovo's are easy to hone and maintain.
There's a bit of a learning curve, so be patient, check back here often for information, and don't be afraid to ask questions....

Welcome to the community. That same razor also happens to be the same one that I started with. It's still in my rotationand serves me well. Just be careful to go slow when you start, and respect that point...it's not to be taken lightly:chop:
Make as much use out of this site as you can. There are a ton of resources and people to help with absolutely whatever shaving concern you have.
Hola Anibal y bienvenido al foro!
Saludos! Seems there's quite the following of the classic wet shave in Spain too, I live in Gran Canaria and I'm also new to this. Coincidentally my choice for first razor was also the Dovo spike point with ebony handle.
Hello JRAI--and welcome to SRP. Pleased to have you aboard.
