I have a razor I would hone and send you. PM me if interested.

By the way, my wife put a wedding dress (not hers; just one she bought somewhere for some reason) in a black garbage bag. I put it out for the trash man. I still think I was in the right on that one!

There's a difference between a box just received in the mail, and a bag designed to hold garbage, wouldn't you agree?

Keep in mind that you are a guy, so odds are that you will screw up with something much worse than a simple razor.

Edit: I've been happily married for 9 years. Prior to that I was divorced twice so I have some experience with relationship mistakes.
I've been married 26 years and can tell you there is only one way to handle this:

I picked you out a nice little 5/8 Boker King Cutter She was in pretty darn good shape anyway but I ran her through the buffers and left you with a nice clean Satin finish to start you off ... I'll hone her up tonight and send her out in the morning...

    Non-Recyclable OK????

Enjoy... and PIF when you are able....

Wow....it's beautiful. Thanks so much and I will definitely PIF. As requested by a different member, here's a pic of the GF.

    She looks easily forgivable

Also, I think Mvcrash might be on to something:

All kidding aside, to be sure. Everybody makes mistakes, and everybody eventually makes a big one. In the grand scheme of things, this is not a big one. She will remember a gracious response from you much longer than you will miss that razor.

My wife backed her car out of our garage, right into my brand new car, first car that has been "mine" alone in 30 years of marriage. Crunched the fender right in.

God is merciful: I didn't get mad, but comforted her and made sure she was okay, her car was okay, etc.

She remembers that. My car is fixed, but my marriage was bumped to a higher level because (no credit to me) the right words and feelings came out of me.

BTW....it happened again...and once again grace had to be given.

Some things in life are just more important than stuff.

    Wives are them.

Forgive her with this one, and she will probably not take your head off when you mess one up... And sooner or later you will, that's the nature of being a guy.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Send me a PM with a mailing address, and thank your lucky stars that one of the Senior Members here at SRP and a friend of mine, sent me some pretty good razors, with the understanding that I would hone them up, and he and I would give them away when the need arose....

I think you NEED a shave ready razor...

Let's see. Beautiful razor vs. beautiful lady. She wins, no question about it.
