Thanked: 0Blunting
So I'm a few months into wet shaving. One day after rinsing the blade, I hit the tap on the way back up to my face and blunted the blade.
In a panic, I tried using the fabric side of a strop to try and straighten it. it helped a little, then I used it on the leather side.
This caused several scratch marks on the leather, from every pass. I know I need to hone it, but my question is: Can I still use the strop or should I replace it. It is still smooth to the touch, but visibly damaged.
Please advise
