Ahhhhh I love SR shaving. Today was my second shave and I love it I feel stupid for not doing this 20 yrs ago. Started with a shower and conditioner on the beard. Regretfully I only have what is so affectionately referred to as goo in a can. I was to go and get some creme or soap today but am not able to today. None the less it was great. Two passes with the grain for the most part (my neck grows oddly). And one against with a few touch ups. Add some moisturizing after shave and I have a butter face.
I have 3 razors and 2 in the mail to my house as we speak. As well as two different strops I ordered 1 and within a few hours found a better one so I guess i'll have 2. I have a 24mm silvertip knot from TGN and need to get some exotic wood to make a handle. And I need to visit The Soap Opera in madison for some local made soap. I guess my point is with all of this I am glad I like it since I jumped in with both feet before really even shaving.
