Anybody else on here near or in Houston? I'm in Sugarland TX. Sorry I thought I was posting this in introductions.

You guys in Texas are lucky! There are SO many highly skilled guys there. You may want to use the google map page on the site to see where other member in your area are. 'Try each other's gear so you don't have to buy and sell everything to find what you like, help each other w/ honing, etc.

Yeah, I'm from Australia. It's as hot, as hot, as dry and as wet as anywhere in Texas, we're just as grumpy and, if anything, slightly drunker. The only real difference is that our "mexicans" come from Victoria, not Mexico.
