I just received, from SRD, my 1st Norton 4000/8000, a Naniwa 12000 and a DMT 8C. I will attempt to Lap the Norton and Naniwa. Would you please advise me on honing my DOVO BEST QUALITY? It came unopened and needs to be honed better. It does shave, just not very well. I have watched Lynn's DVD and several videos. I think the bevel is set but the blade is not as shave ready as it should be. This will be my 1st attempt at this.
