Hi all,
I hope someone can enlighten me on the Rodgers knife I have. It appears to be ivory, has 2 blades at one end and a pieceat the other that I believe to be a quill cutter.The box is stamped in god lettering ....Rodgers Cutlers to Her Majesty.
On the top of one blade reads ....Rodgers Cutlers to Her Majesty Patent,and on the other reads....... Rodgers Patent PenknibBDR.
There is an address on one of the blades that says Norfolk Street, and it looks like a number 6.
On the reverse of one of the blades is a crest that looks similar to the Maltese Cross.
Does anyone know any more about this please.
