I've been on a quest to get a BBS that rivals what I can get with a DE. I am less than three months when it comes to SR's. I decided this morning to give the ATG pass a go. I did two reduction passes WTG and Diagonal and then, a very light touch ATG and BAM! It's as smooth as my Weber DE can deliver!!

I opted for the Feather Dx non-foldoing and Pro blade for a few reasons..

- The non-folding version removes the variable of which way to point the scales as I approach this new angle. Being able to simplify things in this way is what got me through the first month of my commitment to SR's. It helped me put my concentration where it needed to be. After a few more successful shaves, I'll go back to regular SR's

- The Feather blades are so crazy sharp. The encourages a really light touch. Again, once I have some muscle memory, I'll move back to the regular SR.

I have a few spots that were missed with the ATG pass, high on my cheek bones.. I guess I was protecting my eye balls or something?

Looking forward to tomorrow!!

Thanks to all who
