Thread: No brush stand, no worries

As amusing at it was, my wife didn't like the idea of a wrench in the bathroom so I've purchased a proper stand.

for some reason i was about to say roughly the same.... i dont think SWMBO would take too kindly to a sizeable crescent hanging around in the bathroom.

Very manly!! Another great shaving hack is to use wall mounted spring broom holders as a brush stand. You just line the interior with soft adhesive velcro to protect your brush handles. I have a few in my bathroom already and prefer them to plastic stands.

That'll work,,, a year or two ago , there was a post from someone who did just that,,, I think he put some knid of felt on his to prevent scratching.

I stole the idea from Mustache and Blade podcast, which is what I generally listen to during honing sessions.

The only problem I saw was you didn't pick a wrench that had a lifetime warranty Craftsman, Snap On etc.
Oh and brushes aren't warrantied when you knock it all in the toilet, brush and all.

No Craftsman tools in Australia, but I have heard about them from Americans I've worked with.

I was more worried about knocking it all over and cracking a tile.

What makes it a phenomenal brush stand is that it's one size fits all AAAND... it's dual purpose(triple if you count using it as a bludgeoning tool as a legitimate use)
