I got the Omega pro 48 boar brush about 3 months ago. It was very stiff and I didn't give it much of a chance to break in. It is HUGE. I don't care for the size at all. How does the Omega 66 compare in stiffness. I read boar brushes need a break in period. I got a Semogue 620 boar brush and I love that brush. It came very comfortable when new and I can't tell much difference now after 2-3 months of use every day almost. The Semogue 620 has a 21mm knot. The Omega 66 has a 24mm knot. How much difference does that make to the average face? Looking at the measurements it doesn't look like the Omega 66 is near as big as the Omega 48. The 48 almost covers half my face almost. Don't care for that at all. I trimmed the bristles down but I may have cut them too short. Now they are as stiff as a steel brush for my grill.

What do any of you think of the Omega 66? Mainly the size. I'll probably try it unless it's just really big.
