I'm sure getting one new is out of the question unless.you could find it NOS but this is the only type long handled boar brush I have.

Don’t know what you consider long handled but Maggards razor has an omega with total length of 5 and 3/4 inch boar bristle brushes . They are great to deal with. Hope it is long enough.
Found this on the Fendrihan Canada site. Not long handled, but is a nice complete brush-bowl-stand combo.
