Well, since nobody seemed to answer:

Long handles are mainly an American “thing”, boar more a European, but you could try Omega shaving brushes (omegabrush.com), where some boar brushes even come with stand (and bowl), but personally I do like Zenith (look at the 506 and 507 models and variants) and Semogue boar brushes better.

Once you have found a model you like, just google for a reputable seller (but you knew that already, didn?t you? )

    Good luck.

I'm sure getting one new is out of the question unless.you could find it NOS but this is the only type long handled boar brush I have.

Don’t know what you consider long handled but Maggards razor has an omega with total length of 5 and 3/4 inch boar bristle brushes . They are great to deal with. Hope it is long enough.

Found this on the Fendrihan Canada site. Not long handled, but is a nice complete brush-bowl-stand combo.
