I have been invited to participate in an art show in Westport, CT. I think I may offer this whacky set. Maybe Paul Newman (who lives in Westport) will show up and buy it. That means I will have to provide a mug of some sort.

Will the show be open to the public? I might just have to come down and say hi. :)

Yes the show will be open to the public. It will be at the Westport Unitarian Church on Lyons Plains Road.

I am scheduled for a big abdominal surgery next Friday and the show is only three weeks after that so...well... I will let you everyone know if I will be there. Sometimes things don't go exactly as one might like.

Nuts! I'll be in Texas then. Oh well.

The show will be only four hours June 22nd from 11:00 until 3:00. I will post a full invitation when I have a better idea if I'll be there.

You've got to be a fellow metal head. I don't remember seeing a Mr. Dog on the roll call sheet from the last meeting, though. :) Awesome job!

It's a wicked cool piece. Before I even read through the entire post, I saw its place in an art show. The handle of the brush reminds me of a flogger handle, so that made me like it even more. Your Sudan bowl is an exceptional piece as well. Congrats on beautiful art!

Very cool indeed! I think the set would be great for the show. One of a kind, for sure.

And that essential extra piece that you'll have to provide ... well, as I said, post a picture. Or, shall we say, a mug shot. (nyuk nyuk)
