    Default my first silvertip.. new forest 2205

    i finally figured i'd try a larger brush.. i just hear so much about 2 bands.. and for 55 bucks.. who could go wrong.. here's my new forest 2205.. it's got a 22mm knot, loft is 49mm, and handle height is 54mm.. i have yet to use it.. i plan on practicing in a bowl a few times first.

    let me know what you think.

    i just did two practice lathers of the bomb.. it certainly holds a ridiculous amount of water.. and it seems to be blooming quite nicely..

    standing next to my wee scot.. it looks like it's about to kidnap it or something.. i'll try a facelather on tonite's shave and report back.
