I'm reading "fun with Dick and Jane". However I'm having trouble with the interrelationship between Spot and Puff. Maybe someone can help me.
Well see spot and puff examines the cross-cultural anthropomorphic interrelationships promulgated by a western power structure through a Foucaultian lense using ethological techniques.
Duh!
James.
Right now, I'm about half way through Anthony Bourdain's third book, Medium Raw. Just an easy, light-hearted read for the summer. If you like his irreverent, satirical style, then it's definately worth a read-- a book hasn't had me laughing out loud like this in a long, long time.
My wife and daughter have just finished reading "The Host" by Stephanie Meyer, so I thought I should read it. It is not really my style of book...:hmmm:
Just finished the 2nd in Rick Atkinson's liberation trilogy. I look forward to the last one, The Guns at Last Light, which wraps things up in Europe.
Currently rereading "The Oresteia" trilogy by Aeschylus.
Just started Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage by Alfred Lansing. About Ernest Shackleton's voyage to be the first party to cross Antarctica on foot. Pretty exciting so far.
Currently reading various SRP posts. It's got me on the edge of my seat! http://straightrazorpalace.com/images/icons/icon12.png
