Rereading Kings Dark Tower series. Currently on book 3. Last time I read the series there were only 4 books. By the time he had written the rest of them I had almost completely forgotten the finer points.
A pleasant change of pace by going back to a simpler world.
"Featuring the Saint." By Leslie Charteris. Old time daring do with a polished robbinghood.
While written mostly in the twenties and thirties, somewhat before my time, I cut my teeth on these novels of sainthood from the time I could almost understand the wonderful double entendre generated by the hero!

I read the Hunt for Red October in a couple of days once but I have really not found anything since that makes me want to read it. The book The Ghost Ship is sort of dry to get into, but then it gets really interesting.(at least it did for me) I might read Flags of our Fathers again.
