The Only Good Carp Recipe
Cut a fresh plank of Sugar Pine large enough to hold whole carp
Place carp on plank and bake @ 350 degrees for three hours
Remove from oven and allow to cool/rest for 15 minutes
Throw away the carp and eat the Sugar Pine plank :roflmao
I prefer my sugar pine plain and not saturated with carp drippings, thank you.:p
Replace "carp" with "red snapper grilled with garlic, parsley and lemon on wood or charcoal," eliminate the sugar pine and add some Austrian potato salad, and you get a great meal :nj
