    Default Another great summertime recipe!

    The Only Good Carp Recipe

Cut a fresh plank of Sugar Pine large enough to hold whole carp
Place carp on plank and bake @ 350 degrees for three hours
Remove from oven and allow to cool/rest for 15 minutes

Throw away the carp and eat the Sugar Pine plank

I prefer my sugar pine plain and not saturated with carp drippings, thank you.

Replace "carp" with "red snapper grilled with garlic, parsley and lemon on wood or charcoal," eliminate the sugar pine and add some Austrian potato salad, and you get a great meal
