Flight 370

Just watching a discovery channel documentary about this flight. They're following the timeline of the flight, reporting what facts they have about each moment. The more I see, the more I think that either a) the pilot / crew intentionally had a hand in what happened, or b) there was a very unlikely and very catastrophic event in the cockpit.

I wonder if we'll ever know. I'm doubting they'll ever turn up the flight recorders. The sea is 4.5 km deep over there. Additionally, the bottom of the ocean there is said to have a thick layer of silt. So even if you know approximately where to look, that's still a needle in a murky haystack.
