Thanked: 2027Only in Kali, ban on golf clubs:(
Yep the fairways are dry,Homeowners that live on the courses are up in arms wanting to ban Titanium Golf clubs for fear of starting fires in dry turf.
Yes they do spark in contact with heavy sand or small rocks.
Thank gawd my woods I use are made of persimmon,Real woods.
300 yrd drives are the norm for me with my 1 wood,100yrds down the fairway,100 yrds in the air, 100 yrds to the right
I do play to scratch tho, always quit when I hit 70,might be 8 holes, on a great day may be 12 holesCAUTION

That's what the beer is for. Pissing out the spark-fires.
Good scoring system. Mine is "pick up after 7 strokes" advance to next hole.
I learned that from mini-golf...eventually.
I don't currently play, but put a few years into it.Buttery Goodness is the Grail

Thanked: 1185EPA will step in and require fire extinguishers on all golf bags, charge a carbon tax if you start a fire and generally try to control your balls :<0)
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

They will have to look for Pixel's,
,,,they will have to look in the woods, the sand trap, the ponds, under the cart & probably a few on top of the clubhouse,,,,

I bet if I were still a kid, I could have snatched Pixel's Titelists balls & sold them back to him at the clubhouse,,,,
,,,,he would have never suspected a thing,,,,

You actually still play the persimmon woods?
Kudos, man!
I was gifted one when I trained for my green-card ( a Norwegian thingy that allows play on courses before receiving an official handicap.)
Wow, was that thing hard to flush.
But when it did find the ball on the sweet-spot, nothing gave a better feedback.
I loved that old 3-wood!

Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....
