    Default Excel conditional formatting formula

Is anyone a whizz with excel?
I want a conditional formatting formula that will highlight the cell in column "A" if any cell from a range in the same row has a date greater than 7 days old.

Any help would be appreciated, i have conditionally formatted the spread so that any date less than 7 days old is highlighted but as each row is up to 20 columns long and of different length it is still hard to quickly reference which item needs checking.
