Geek, thanks those are some great ones as well. Churches do have some amazing architecture and details to it.
Thanks for the awesome towers! Such beautiful structures and really nice pictures of them. Very nice!
Thank you for the tours and towers! They are a gift to us cultu challenged folk where new is blah but superceeds the old but beautiful. Hmmn, Is that why razors appeal to us?
Be well and prosper!

An old beautiful building in Copenhagen is this brick work made above the door.
One wall, 4 different styles.

London has some amazing buildings.
This one is not my favourite but it makes you look at it. It is a hotel The M by Montcalm on City road . It give a weird optical view.

It makes you look at it, I give you that. Looks almost unreal like it was made by a computer. Which one is your favourite?
This is my favourite. Number 20 Fenchurch Street.

BTW. Awesome pics of some remarkable architectures so far. I've seen some others, but don't have pics of them. The interiors can, and usually more bazzar/ interesting than the outside.
Gee golly, why it's a brick ***house.
Excellent thread! I'm a big fan of the Victorian and even Edwardian mansions, hotels, fire stations, bridges, churches, etc. The ornate style and building materials is something you don't see constructed anymore and it makes you wonder how they ever built them. They also stand the test of time......

Even though i'm not a huge fan of modern bulings this one is pretty neat. The shape is indeed very attractive!
Another great one imo.
The Gherkin or as I prefer to call it, "The Pineal"

I found another weather vane Shaun! Not in copper though but some painted zinc I guess and it's a funny mix between a ship and a rooster.

Thant is awesome. I had never imagined a rooster blended with a tall ship before.
Hehe me neither. It looks rather funny ;)
I took a couple of pictures this week.
The Shard. I often wondered when they would finish this building but now I know it is supposed to look like that .
20 Fenchurch street. I took this today from the back of the building on Eastcheap. Unfortunately the camera doesn't capture the size of this giant leaning forward.
Now I know why I like this building so much,... because it scares me :(

Doors, doors and doors. Svendborg the city where I live has many fanstatic doors to look at, some more than 100 years old.
