Thats an old Dr.Pepper Bottle/label.
Good times. Also the original Dr. Pepper (only available in Texas) is very very good. Tom bought me a bottle in Burk in 2019. He’s a pretty nice guy in person too.
Har! I was looking for a particular pic to post and started looking for it. As usual, I got into the pics and forgot what I was looking for.
Saw that one and figured it would do. :rofl2: The Rezdog
That stuff is hard to find, Jerry. REAL sugar!
Very cool. I used to drink it as a kid. And RC Cola with Peanuts. Not much of a soda guy now.
Yup. Once in a while. They drag me down anymore..
I will have a Rootbeer a few times a year if its just too early for an adult beverage.
I'm not much into root Beer, far to sweet but I used to like Dandelion & Burdock in England, it tastes a bit like sarsaparilla I'm told.

I drink Diet Pepsi , water, lot's of tea, coffee and quite a lot of that near beer 0% stuff.
I like real beer but it puts my sugar up too much to have very often:cry:
Never been a big soda drinker except...
I do love having a Moxie every now and then.
Pete <:-}
Plain seltzer is my fizzy beverage of choice.
All by itself???
Yep. Plain and simple. I eat plain yogurt also.
I knew you had issues paul. I forgive you. Maybe.:rofl2:
Plain ol soda water. No color or flavorings.
Well club soda is a little different. It has salt and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) added in small amounts for flavor. Seltzer is just carbonated water. It is basically drinking plain water but the carbonation makes it a little quenchier when it's hot out.
Well remember Jerry, I am.a "Florida Man." :roflmao

I guess it would fit in the back, and it’s too big to get on the roof.
Won't have to worry about getting car jacked.!
Presume that thing was dead? Or just loving the exhaust fumes..
I would say it's safe to assume it's dead. They're not the "just hangin' out," kind of critter.
BTW, that thing's not "massive." That's a medium sized gator. They can be as long as 19 feet and weigh over 1000 lbs but most full grown large adult males will be 12-14 feet and about 700-800
I would think if you were intentionally going out to get a gator you would pick an easier way to transport it home.
I don't see a tag on his wrist but it is alligator hunting season in Florida. It wouldn't be my choice of transport method but you wouldn't want it inside with you. Alligator is all white meat and very good to eat. Hunting is fairly reasonably priced too if you are a resident ($272 / $1022 for nonresident) and have a place to hunt them. Packages can be a little pricey, around $2500 & up if you go to a hunting farm. For the $272 you get two tags good for one gator each. Let's say you get 2 500 lb. animals that should give you 300-400 lbs of meat. Don't listen to that BS report about a 1000 lb gator only yeilding 40 lbs of meat. 2 decent sized gators will give you enough meat to last until next year.
Wordless post,, with words in it!!!! But worth it.
