sunburn???????
Gasoline vapors exploded. Second degree burns on left leg/arm. This pic is a couple of minutes after the blistered skin was scrubbed off by a nurse. Worse pain I have never experienced.
Using gas, to light a fire.?

Threw some gas on some wood in the firepit then stood back for a bit. Went to light it and KABOOM! So yeah, that was me being extremely stupid. Blisters big as tennis balls. Head got singed with 1st degree burns, leg and arm 2nd degree. I wear a SPF sleeve most days and just got a hat that reminds me of Indiana Jones to keep weather off my head as well as blocking sun.
Yeah, I gave myself the hot foot like that one time. Had a pile of brush I was trying to start and poured some gasoline on it and then stood back aways and threw a match. I wasn't really thinking about the fact that gas fumes are heavier than the air and travel along the ground. Of course I was barefoot. Fortunately it was only a slosh and not a drenching otherwise I would have been in the same boat that you are.
Edit: I wish I could have seen the dance I did. Probably could have used it as an audition for river dance.
Im just gonna shake my head at ya Slim. Someone told me that magic liquid is dangerous.
