This is the house in Knapp, Wisconsin that I inherited from my mother. It was built by my grandfather from the lumber he salvaged from a one room school house that all of his children attended. My grandfather purchased the old, closed school for $10 and dismantled it. The maple flooring in the kitchen, entry and bathroom comes from the old schoolhouse.

I have been working on repairing, upgrading this home for over 1 year now and I hope to have it complete sometime this fall.
I hate to sell this since it has been a part of my life since I was a boy. But, I do not use it now nor has it been occupied since 1980 when my grandfather died.
It has 1.5 acres and a very large garage in a village with 400+ population.
I will miss it.
