I've helped so many people move and hauled so much stuff that it is just a lot of work for me. And when we have moved it has been stressful on top of everything else.
It is a good opportunity to get rid of stuff you don't need.

I’ve been in the same house and workshop for almost 30 years. A move would be a disaster.
