I'm no fisherman by any means, I've trout fished and catfish along with fishing for salmon off of Seku in the Pacific Ocean but never for anything like a crappie (which I'm presuming is a relative to what's in Mike's bucket as they look very similar) but my uncle fished for crappie and after gutting he smoked cooked them whole. For the life of me I can't recall much about how they tasted or if you battled bones etc.Quote:
