What is your favorite pizza and why?
Mine:
Thin crust, light marinara sauce, fresh basil and rosemary, fresh Mozzarella/Parmesan/Provolone, ground sausage, sliced pepperoni, sliced mortadella (it's a large diameter Italian sausage, more like a bologna)....baked in a brick or coal fired oven.
A nice salad with pepperoncini and a bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo....
