Does it really matter?
McCain baby :P
I liked George W Bush in dress and Bill Clinton as John the Baptist. Too bad Guiliani dropped before his pictures in drag got the same attention.
Not sure there's anything else I can comment on - perhaps the title Foxnews chose?
If you are going to despise a candidate, do so for their positions, not their wardrobe :)
Looks very appropriate.Well all probably be mandated to dress like this after a couple of years under Bomas rule
Lewis Farrakhan endorsed him today also! You know, nation of islam.

oh, man! I can't believe this! do people think this seriously?
in light of a recent thread I must say my biggest concern about a hypothetical muslim leader hypothetically forcing islam upon the rest is not the clothing. it's the foreskin.
LOL..wait till the main electionQuote:
her campaign has engaged in the most shameful, offensive fear-mongering we’ve seen from either party in this election,” Obama campaign manager David Plouffe said.
When in Rome...... I be willing to bet he only wore that as a gesture of good will to his hosts. I'm a conservative, but I've got to admit he can give a compelling speach.
Well now, I'm still waiting for Americans to WAKE UP!!!!!
Why would an American vote for a man named Barack Hussein Obama?
Check that middle name if the first and last ones don't make you think.
This man is muslim. He has attended muslim churches.
Louis Farrakhan is backing him, anyone know about this man? If not, look him up.
I will not vote for HRC either, she is a criminal and the media fails to mention the illegal things she has been a part of. This is the first time I will be voting Republican. You won't see this "Blue eyed devil... bowing to the east.
RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT................ check it.
Post removed and apologies if I offended anyone.
I quit paying attention to the dem's (except for laughs) a while ago. As soon as I read their positions on the issues and found out I disagreed with them on well.....everything. I can more productivly spend my time trying to find a canidate, from any third part I actually agree with.
Excuse my sarcasm, but seeing this pop up here few times over the last month was a bit too much for me. What I mean is that the constitution of the United States, explicitly sets up a secular federation, in which a person's religion is irrelevant to any electable position.
I doubt that Obama is muslim, as he has explicitly said that he is Christian, yet this is really besides the point. It shouldn't really matter as long as people care about electing a qualified president, not qualified religious leader. There are plenty of theocratic countries in the world if one desires to live in such.
That's all I meant. Again I am sorry if my reaction was a bit too much.
I do understand the secular federation, but assuming this is irrelevant, our present president has brought his christian beliefs to the forefront of his political leadership. As far as Obama is concerned, I see that certain news forums and networks are starting to look into his muslim past. It's also no surprise that he is claiming to be christian at this time. Aside from all this, his plans will not help our economy. It will only hurt the country. We need tax cuts, that will keep more money in the hands of working people and give our economy a bit of a boost.
Anyway, this could go on and on and go no where. I believe the presidential selection has already been made for us.
I would like to know how this has been of any help to the US? The religion influenced policies have been a failure by any standard of a policy (take the sex ed funding for example).
I understand that being a sinner before seeing the light is a major part of the Christian narrative, but the current president being an addict in his adult life doesn't speak too well about him. And if you look at current president's family support and friendship with muslim dictators, that doesn't speak too well about living what you're preaching.
Certainly, I have no issues with debates about what is helping the economy or the country in general and what is not. My only issue is with irrelevant, and possibly false accusations. And I felt the same way about Romney and his non-mainstream religion, who happened to be in the opposite camp.
Saw this and had to post it..

I wouldn't even know where to start in talking about this election. I early voted in the Texas primary yesterday. There was an old woman there who got angry when they asked if she was democrat or republican. "I'm a republican of course!" I later heard her ask,"is this the primary or the main election?"..then I realized that she was indeed a republican..:D
Where's Richard Nixon when we need him?
" Why would an American vote for a man named Barack Hussein Obama?

What a sad commentary that someone would think that a person's middle name is somehow relevant. Funny but I don't seem to recall any references to John McCain's middle name. Perhaps because it's totally irrelevant to John McCain's credentials to be the next president. Sadly, some folks around here can't seem to differentiate a United States senator from a dead Iraqi dictator. I can make the distinction, can't you?
One final note: George Lincoln Rockwell was the head of the American Nazi Party. You know, "George" (as in George Washington) "Lincoln" (as in Abraham Lincoln) "Rockwell" (as in Norman Rockwell) . Guess these former presidents and painter of Americana were Nazis, eh?
Plus I think having spent time in a muslim country is a good thing at this time. It would certainly be better than a secretary of state who has studied Russia extensively.
An interesting little twist!

Oh man, foxnews must be scraping the bottom of the barrel. There are so many much more important things happening in the world today....
Plus the reporting is the worse I've ever seen. Where's all the important information - how many goats are we talking here? I'm sure many would gladly wear a turban in exchange for some goats.
Can I then perhaps apologize to you (really profusely if necessary) in exchange for the smallest of baby goats?
The spiritual MENTOR of the man who wants to be our next president!
Anyone remember that John Kennedy was abhorred by many in this nation for being Catholic? And that accusations ran wild about how "the Pope would rule America" if he were elected. Good thing we learn from our own history, right?
Boy I'm glad I'm not a rich white man ---- I don't think I could muster up the energy to hold down a whole race ------- well Obama should at least be called to answer for attending a church where the preacher is a total idiot ---- I mean the whole birds of a feather thing. I generally don't think people should be judged for those that endorse them, but attending a church on a regular basis that is headed by such a person is significant --- he must like and agree with what this guy says (I'm assuming which is the problem)

Thanks, I just think its ridiculous how much stock the American public puts in the aspects of candidates lives that have nothing to do with how they'll run the country. I say cut out all the crap that doesn't deal with relevant political issues and hold weekly debates, round table discussions, anything that gives you a true feel for the person's character as it applies to the issues they'll be facing. All this talk of personal lives, religious beliefs and skin color is little more than sophomoric gossip that distracts good people from assessing what's really important.
So where do you draw the line? Are we voting for a leader of a nation or just some robot who manages things without addressing his personal inclinations and beliefs? I don't know where to draw the line on this one. If I see that a presidential candidate has a poster of Karl Marx, or some Communist revolutionary on his office wall -- I might think a little ----If I see a presidential candidate attend white supremacist organizations or has Hitler posters on his wall, I might think a little ------- Is it the total package or do you think a person can be a president without being affected by his religious beliefs, personal life, etc ------ where do you draw the line.
