Goliath tries to sue David, gets ass kicked
Being in the tech industry, I really hate patent trolls and bullies.

Big corp tries to do its usually patent infringement drive by to extort money from small company. Doesn't know the owner is a former litigation lawyer. Gets humiliated in public.

I do like stories like that...
There's a great story attached to why Burger King is called Hungry Jacks here in australia...
They thought they would use their might and a couple fo dozen high priced lawyers to
make a tiny little ma & pa hamburger joint called "the burger king" change their name...
Long story short... we have 2000 Hungry Jacks stores... and only one Burger King
In the interest of balance and fairness though...
Matt Groenig had a win over here when a microbrewery in Adelaide started selling "Duff Beer"
