Whoa! I'll bet that blade grabs people's attention.
Well, at home, a picture of a badger emerging from its burrow. (I guess we can say there's a connection to straight shaving, but it's coincidental.)
The picture on the left was my desktop picture at work most of the winter. It's a scene of "Paul and Virginia," a sculpture that has been on the campus of my alma mater, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, for longer than I can remember. The current desktop pic is on the right. It's a quaker parrot, or monk parakeet, because we have one at home.
I don't know if the admins will appreciate all the pictures, but here is mine. A picture of our boat from the top of the mast.
A resized and cropped version of The Great Wave off Kanagawa. I had a really nice one which was mostly black with a good sharp image of the moon in the middle for quite a while as well.
I did a simplified version of that on my wall at home, i really like this drawing, as everything that is oriëntal.

A Forever Friends screensaver that my daughters put there.
I must really be out of touch with the modern world. I thought you meant a physical desk top, not a screen saver :)
I've got a 1950s, Eames era desk lamp, three vintage typewriters.....a Royal deluxe, a Corona Skyriter and an Olivetti Lettera 32, a basket full of real onionskin typing paper and a stand with a dozen vintage fountian pens.......
I was born 40 years too late.....
